Datim were appointed to undertake this design and build refurbishment contract of two large office suites for Northumberland County Council.

The works were undertaken on an incredibly tight timescale of only seven weeks as the client was required to move from their existing office and therefore we continued the design process right through the project.

The works involved complete strip out of one wing complete then a full M&E installation including ventilation and air conditioning work, new partitions to create meeting rooms and offices and extensive flooring decoration and ceiling works everywhere else.

This ambitious project was completed on time and within budget to everyones satisfaction.
