Datim are registered with Construction Line, the UK’s largest register of Construction related contractors, pre-qualified in health and safety and financial security. Datim are also registered with FMB and have Safe Contractor & CHAS status, demonstrating the company’s commitment to quality and safe construction practice.
In 2018 Datim Won at The Constructing Excellence in the North East Awards in the Preservation & Rejuvenation category and were nominated for Building Project of the Year, and went on to be highly commended at the National Award in the Preservation & Rejuvenation category

Datim offer traditional construction services up to any project level required from shell builds to a complete turnkey option on both minor and major projects.
We have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in general construction projects and have a specialism in heritage and renovation projects also. Datim have an experienced project management team with over 80yrs experience in all types of construction projects.
Design & Build
We offer a Design & Build Service that includes project feasibility all the way through to completion including dealing with planning, building control and listed building requirements for projects.
