Background & The Project

The hospital required a new café for both clients and visitors and a refurbishment of its main entrance and visitor facilities.

Scope of Works

Datim took over a partially stripped out site and completed the strip out works and in conjunction with Health Trusts architects brought the project together including

• New reception area and desks
• Upgrading of the security office
• Upgrading of the main entrance and visitor waiting area

As part of the works a new café area was created including new cooking and servery area for use of clients, visitors, and staff. These works included

• New servery area
• New drainage
• New cooing facilities
• Café area including furnishing, decoration, and flooring
• Future proofing the area with new automatic doors opening onto a proposed new patio area
