Datim were employed to covert five redundant barns into luxury individually designed properties over a period of 8 months.
Works included:

• Clearance of site and strip out of existing services. Removal of damaged roofs and shoring of damaged walls.
• Placement of new drains, septic tank and extensive landscaping works.
• Full internal strip out and renovation including the installation of wood burning stoves, timber windows, fitted kitchens, bathrooms, new flooring, Inglenook Fireplaces, stud walls and redecoration.

The project was completed on time and within the clients’ budget. Datim have since negotiated and have been awarded two other projects for the same client.
