Lane House Barns were converted from former Cattle Sheds into two 2-bedroom cottages.
The scope of works involved part rebuild, underpinning, installation of concrete floors, dry lining and damp proofing, installation of new roof structures and full landscaping.
The contract was completed within budget and to agreed timescales.
