We were appointed to undertake the creation of a new specialist bar and restaurant to this listed building on Grey Street one of the busiest city centre locations in Newcastle. The very short timescale project involved flexible working hours to ensure the client achieved a quick project duration turn around to enable them to open to the public on the projected and advertised date. The project involved turning existing offices into the restaurant / bar, a complete new electrical installation, a complete new plumbing and mechanical installation and all new joinery including specialist bar fittings and decoration were undertaken whilst at the same time enabling the clients specialist items such as the kitchen to be installed.

Both of the above projects were undertaken on a cost plus basis as requested by the clients due to the timescales and at completion the costs and time periods were to the clients satisfaction.
