Datim were appointed to undertake the refurbishment of this near derelict farm at Healy Northumberland and asked to create a new bespoke wedding venue.

The work involved completely reroofing the entire project, all M&E including solar and biomass installations. The internal works included bringing the barns themselves up to current standards whilst keeping a traditional rustic feel for the client’s needs this required a help with some of the design elements to ensure the works were undertaken sympathetically.

Datim also created landscaped gardens and parking areas along with creating a commercial kitchen to service 150 guests.
