Background
Datim Development procured the land on Main Street, Felton in late 2019 and after planning approval commenced work on building two luxury dormer bungalows for sale
Scope of Works & The Project
The works comprise of the construction of two timber framed units finished to the highest specification with detached garages and finished to a turnkey solution.
Both units sold within weeks of breaking ground, with the new owners being able to bespoke elements of their own units, and will take possession in mid-April 2021.
